ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES

In brief, this role will oversee Operations, Strategy, M&A, and Finance. Additionally, the COO will manage the daily accounting, reporting, management analysis, budgeting, long-range planning functions, and parent-company reporting. The COO will work in tandem with the CEO to guide the company on a path of high growth and profitability, and plan for and build the company’s future.

The COO will be responsible for managing the following key functions:
