ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Lead projects with some knowledge of environmental and restoration services.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, the design community, and subcontractors to enhance future business development opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects.
• Maintain a firm commitment to safety behaviors and protocols that lead to an incident and injury free operation.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
• Oversee the development and management of project schedules, budgets, execution plans and manage their implementation.
• Provide project budget and financial management.
• Oversee the administration of project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs.
• Ensures overall integrity of projects.
• Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Support Business Development to secure new work for the business units.
