EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Industry & Environment
- Prior experience with field-based service models, ideally with some knowledge of construction, environmental services and restoration services.
- Experience with insurance reimbursement a plus.
- Experience with corporate governance and reporting to a Board of Directors.
- Experience working with Private Equity Sponsors a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required.
- Relevant advanced degree or certification preferred.
- At least ten (10) years of experience and a prior Chief Executive Officer role.
