EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative field of study (statistics, data science, and analytics) required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in developing and executing data strategy, data analytics and insights in Credit Union, Financial Service, Fintech or tech industries required.
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools/libraries (Python, Tableau, Power BI etc.) to distill findings into insightful analytical solutions.
• 5+ years Managerial experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to create structured insights from disparate data sets.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to build relationships, credibility and influence with executives and leaders across the enterprise.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication. Executive presentation and reporting abilities.
• Skilled at implementing and demonstrating commitment to data and reporting controls.
• Ability to navigate multiple, complex requests in time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to leverage change management principles to support forward moving teams, strategies and growth.
• Skilled in data strategies, analytics and insights.
• Ability to understand business strategy and KPI development.
• Ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical /data reporting skills.
• Proven analytic ability and problem-solving skills.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office including excellent MS Excel/ PowerPoint relating to development of analytic presentations and highlight insights.
