SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A college degree, MS in chemical engineering, engineering or related fields with MBA preferred, and at least 7 years of experience in an executive position.
- Prior employment in a multinational company and/or overseas working experience.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflict.
- A history in leading a sales organization with demonstrated growth.
- Proven experience as COO or VP Supply Chain Executive Management member of prior employers.
- Understanding of business functions such as manufacturing and engineering, sales and marketing, finance, customer service, safety health and environment.
- Understanding of IT/business infrastructure and experience with integrated ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, IFS or others.
- Understanding of operational metrics, performance standards and manufacturing cost accounting
- Demonstrated competency in strategic and tactical planning and business development Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
