DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Drive day-by-day company operations to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow business goals and objectives.
  • Direct personnel development, and encourage maximum performance, dedication, and accuracy.
  • Manage qualifications and performance of staff
  • Participate in company strategy development, and execute short-term tactical plans and longĀ­-term business strategies.
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote/reinforce company mission, vision and culture. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Set comprehensive goals for performance and company goals.
  • Assist CEO in portfolio and product strategy.
  • Participate in company growth activities and corporate relationships (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
  • Provide timely, comprehensive and accurate monthly reports to the CEO on the operating condition of the company, and other matters of importance.
  • Manage relationships with business partners, customers and suppliers.
