DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Regularly meets with senior management of the customer to develop collaborative business plans measured by joint scorecard metrics
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and/or execute innovative category strategies and initiatives related to product mix and new items
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Align resources to support distribution partner needs: analytics, technology, learning and development, etc.
  • Leverage data and insights to activate customer solutions
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Interact with cross-functional teams within the company and at assigned distribution accounts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Act as lead for assigned distribution accounts with direct account responsibility
  • Proactively translate business strategic priorities to plans of action for assigned distribution partners, adjusting plans and resources to maximize results
  • Reconcile company and customer financial objectives in creating and revising business plans and budgets
  • Develop and deliver major opportunities, which have significant impact at the highest levels in the organizations
  • Create compelling selling stories around value proposition
