Position Overview
Vice President, General Manager Sales - Americas
Based in Overland Park, Kansas, the Vice President, General Manager Sales - Americas is responsible for managing the sales and order execution team to deliver on Sales and Margin Goals for the HVAC business across all product lines including aftermarket for Americas, identifying and leading both short- and long-term initiatives to deliver profitable growth and achieve financial targets. This individual will be responsible for defining strategic goals for the business and commercial organization including identifying and prioritizing growth initiatives. This individual will develop and optimize go-to-market strategy and sales channels (including rep, distributor and direct sales). The Vice President, General Manager Sales - Americas will build key customer relationships while managing the team of Outside sales, Insides sales, Aftermarket components and service, proposal management, order management, and customer care. This person will be responsible for spearheading efforts to maintain insights into the evolving market conditions and developing and delivering on short-term and long-term strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities.

This is an opportunity to join a $200M division of a highly respected corporation. The Vice President, General Manager Sales - Americas will report directly to the Division President and will be tasked with doubling the business in the next 3-5 years through organic growth and M&A. The Vice President, General Manager Sales - Americas will be responsible for learning the legacy business along with implementing new processes that will contribute to the growth strategy. Successful candidates will move into the VP role overseeing sales, product development, and operations.
