EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirements:

• B.S., preferably in Technical related field required. MBA preferred
• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or related field

Industry Sector and Company Experience:

• 10+ years’ Sales experience in a multi-channel environment
• 5+ years’ experience leading people
• 5+ years’ experience as a strategic business leader with responsibility for developing product and/or market strategies in a related industry
• 5+ years’ experience in the HVAC or related equipment space, defining market opportunities and developing channel management capabilities
• Demonstrated track record for growing sales and expanding margins
• Analytical and financial expertise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Strong process orientation with experience managing complex, multi-phase projects and initiatives
• M&A execution and integration experience preferred
• Resourceful in consistently applying effective solutions to technical and people challenges

Functional Experience:

• Commercial leadership including management of large regional teams in multiple geographies
• Strategic planning
• Strong product/commercial foundation with engineering marketing, product, and channel management
• Sales of HVAC and/or industrial products
• Representative/channel management in direct sales
• Representative/channel management with rep networks
• Communications – Internal & External
