EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the financial industry
• Development and programming experience a huge plus
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology or similar
• Knowledge of fintech and technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analysis and research
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Strategic thinking
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

Technology Requirements:

• Experience with Visual Basic
• Experience with C#
• Experience with Git
• Experience with Jira
