- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of related experience in non-union environments.

- Excellent matrix management skills to accomplish objectives through collaboration and teamwork with other functional areas under direct control.
- Product engineering experience in a high mix environment.
- Establish metrics for shop performance-PDCA Experience in working with unions is helpful.
