
Chief Talent Officer
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee the human capital Talent function throughout the Firm, including leading a comprehensive human capital strategy and specific tactics around strategic hiring, development, assessment and diversity and inclusion.
- Provide leadership in developing and executing a human capital strategy in support of the Firm’s Strategic Plan, specifically in the areas of organizational development, strategic hiring, coaching, executive assessment, diversity and inclusion, compensation and succession planning.
- Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, serve on the core leadership team, as a functional expert and thought partner on key talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
- Translates the strategic plan into actionable and timely training and organizational development programs that will support the attainment of strategic business goals and operational objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance in other Human Resources area of compensation and benefits, policy development, legal compliance, employee relations and employee communications.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retentions plans to meet the human capital needs of the Talent team strategic goals.
- Manage a team comprised of professionals in the area of Executive/C-level Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and Diversity, supporting the execution of existing processes and initiatives.
- Define, track and report success metrics.
- Responsible for overall Talent budget which includes investment professionals, resource and operations team recruitment, professional development, human resources and diversity and inclusion.
