Chief Talent Officer

The Chief Talent Officer will oversee the firm’s talent acquisition and development structure, including internal Human Resources, portfolio company C-level recruitment, professional development of in-house talent and the fostering of diversity initiatives. This person will help with the implementation of a CRM as well as personality assessment testing platform such as Predictive Index. This person will also be tasked with the building out and implementation of further talent processes and the implementation of a CRM or applicant tracking system. This role is a opportunity to join a firm looking for someone to own and further improve the entire talent management process for the growing PE Firm.
