Director of FP&A

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will oversee all finance Planning and Analysis functions and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with high visibility to the Board of Directors. Resolvion is a mid-market, business services company serving the financial lending industry and owned by premier Private Equity investors. Resolvion is poised for growth and the Director of FP&A will help light the way through data analysis and operational mastery.

This role will work closely with the Executive Management Team (EMT) to provide data analysis, financial, and budget information. The Director of FP&A will also prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and will interface with the board directly on this information, as well as special projects as needed.

The Director of FP&A will work in the Charlotte headquarters alongside the EMT and lead by example with a hunger for growth. The Director of Financial P&A will provide informed and objective counsel on business issues and will offer technical and experience-based advice to peer executives. Along with the rest of the leadership team, this individual should be a strong and proactive advocate for value creation. Primary focus of the role will be producing: profitability analysis; regional variance analysis; periodic regional sales and operations analysis; capital expenditure reviews; regional revenue and expense forecasting; and annual regional operations and profit growth plans. Recommend and use contemporary data analysis tools.
