DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

People Leadership

• Lead the team in process improvements for an effective and efficient forecasting and budgeting process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the company to identify business opportunities and provide meaningful financial and business insights.
• Influence leaders across the organization by promoting and instilling a culture of personal learning and professional development.
• Ensure the organizational leaders have a clear and compelling vision of 'what great looks like' and a plan around how to achieve it.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the company to identify business opportunities and provide meaningful financial and business insights.

Financial and Strategic Leadership

• Coordinate the overall financial activities of the company along with the CFO for planning, reporting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting.
• Build up the budgeting and analysis capability.
• Provide timely insights into financial trends and forecasts as a catalyst to pro-active business management. Produce variance analysis and sales observation analysis.
• Maximize productivity of the company’s financial resources and optimize financial statements. Present forecasts and budgets to senior management team.
