Duties & Responsibilities
This role will be a part of a high-growth multi decade team and company and will be looked at to influence and to evolve the culture, working with Human Resources, Sales and Benefits managers, and all other producers within the organization. This person will only manage a small number accounts by themselves but will lead a team of around 17 people and report directly to the President.
Position Overview
ProCo is looking for a dynamic, customer-centric leader to lead our highly-experienced and motivated team of Employee Benefits Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Client Advocates.
