EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or applicable experience
• Experienced leader with at least 7 years hands-on experience in Human Resources, HR Operations and/or Program Management or Shared Services
• Prior experience leading the implementation and day-to-day management of a Shared Services team
• Prior experience managing significant change/project initiative including knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to build effective internal and external relationships
• HR Certification or PMP background experience
• HRIS and Benefits experience
• Process implementation experience
• FMLA, OSHA, Risk and Safety experience
• Prior experience with Workday
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development in a cross-functional or matrix environment
