EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master’s degree or MBA.
• At least 10 years’ experience including in a senior management position.
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of relevant inventory and COGS accounting.
• Experience with corporate governance.
• Proven negotiating skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting software.
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
