Position Overview

Located in Lisle, IL and reporting directly to the President, this individual will develop and drive strategies that contribute to the top and bottom-line growth of Patrick Engineering. This position will lead the financial, business development, operations, and people leader components of our Industrial Infrastructure Division. The Vice President of Industrial Infrastructure will build and maintain a highly effective Industrial Leadership team. This role will need to effectively collaborate and negotiate with other Vice Presidents as well as partner with other executive leaders to drive organizational objectives and consistent practices.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the propensity to lead and will be result-oriented and strategic while still being authentic. This person must be motivational and collaborative while being receptive to feedback. The Vice President of Industrial Infrastructure will be able to navigate ambiguity and will be adaptable.
