EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in refinery/chemical or mining plant(s) including 5 years of experience in supervisory/management position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a professional and courteous attitude
• Ability to prepare accurate and reliable reports using both technical and non-technical language to maintain detailed, complete and accurate records
• Demonstrated value of honesty and integrity, respect for others, teamwork and collaboration, accountability, and performance
• Strong command of plant reliability and maintenance processes and mechanical integrity principles
• Demonstrated abilities in successfully leading change management
• Experience in economic decision-making and in development of routine maintenance and turnaround budgets
• Ability to effectively operate computer using program applications appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial leader with ability to thrive in highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
• An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated professional, very comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
