EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain management (SCM), operations management, or a science-related field
• 15-20 year’s work experience, with prior experience as a Chief Executive Officer, President, or General Manager or equivalent required
• Experience in sales, logistics, and relationship management
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills with experience reporting to a board of directors or similar reporting structure
• Strong communication skills at all levels of a corporation
• An Innovator - Innate curiosity with out-of-the-box thinking for value-add creation
• Ability to follow projects through to completion

• Strong business judgment, with experience in leading planning, analysis, and budgeting

• Strong ability to use CRM systems with general computer efficiency
