Business Development Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Planning and overseeing new commercial market initiatives
  • Researching organization and individuals to find new opportunities (industrial, road maintenance, animal nutrition and health, etc.)
  • Follow up on customer inquiries related to new applications as well as contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Increasing value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Attending conferences, meeting, and industry events… some travel required
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Develops strategic plans and pricing for each viable prospect as part of the overall strategic marketing plan
