Lone Peak Dental Group is a Dental Service Organization that supports specialty dental offices in pediatric orthodontics and oral surgery. Our unique approach of the Partner-Doctor model allows doctors to own a significant portion of their practice while controlling 100% of the clinical aspect. IMPACT
Lone Peak Dental is rapidly growing by adding new offices nationwide in the next several years. The Senior Physician Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring new Dentists on an ongoing basis to further the organization's reputation in the industry. They will be responsible for overseeing Lone Peak’s physician recruiting program, including both external talent acquisition and onboarding. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a strong knowledge of all corporate and specialized media and analytics functions in the company. They will possess a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
POSITION OVERVIEW
A growing team, Lone Peak Dental is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to strategically source, recruit, and engage Dentists by building long-term relationships within the industry and by successfully selling the benefits of the organization. This position is responsible for all recruitment functions within a designated region, including internet sourcing, cold and warm calling, all outreach, conference attendance, initial contact, reference checks, and building relationships with physicians, associations, and colleges. The Senior Recruiter will work in close collaboration with internal decision makers and center managers throughout Lone Peak Dental.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques - leverage technology to attract passive and active candidates.
- Source candidates via lead generation, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate databases, and additional internal and external tools to identify, source, and maintain contact with the best pool of Dentists for Lone Peak Dental.
Recruiting
- Direct full cycle recruiting efforts of Dentists for Lone Peak Dental practices within a specified geographical territory.
- Utilize effective recruiting strategies and techniques ensuring that the highest levels of service delivery and hiring standards are consistently utilized and met.
- Must be able to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to profile qualified Dentists and gauge experience and motivation for fit within Lone Peak Dental.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
- Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Interviewing/Onboarding
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on our organization, our business strategy, the department, and the hiring leadership.
- Facilitate our candidate selection process by ensuring key hiring rationales are appropriately prioritized, collecting and reviewing stakeholder feedback with hiring leadership, and candidate comparatives are clearly articulated.
Recruiting Metrics
- Provide and represent recruiting metrics including presentations to teams and leadership.
- Partner with managers and senior leadership to understand Talent Acquisition needs.
- Track, monitor, disposition, and report ongoing recruiting activities through the disciplined use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which ensures data integrity for metrics tracking and reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience Requirements
- Must have experience sourcing and recruiting Physicians and/or Dentists.
- Must have experience and elevated level of expertise in the use of any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and willing to fully adopt to the standard procedures and uses of the system.
- A minimum of four years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
- Prior experience in both corporate recruiting and agency search is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or applicable work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven skills using web-based sourcing and recruiting tools and social media platforms; not limited to paid tools and Boolean logic.
- Manage compliance auditing routines to ensure OFCCP, ADA/EEO guidelines are being followed.
Personal Characteristics
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage recuiting initiatives to closure.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiating skills and the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to influence associates at all levels without having direct reporting authority.
- Proven ability to consult, influence, and interact with all levels of the organization while establishing and maintaining collaborative partnership.
- Ability to engage external organizations and trade associations through non-traditional recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Experience and keen interest in building and engaging with dental organizations, along with creative ways to find passive candidates.
- Extensive knowledge of compliance and legal requirements for recruiting, staffing, and hiring.
