Vice President of Finance - Supply Chain

Based in Greensboro, SC, The Vice President of Finance – Supply Chain (VP) will report to the Global CFO and is responsible for the end-to-end financial planning, reporting and analysis, and the control-related standards and procedures of the Supply Chain organization. This role will ensure alignment with Kontoor strategy and global financial practices and cadence. Acting as the senior financial business partner to the Global Supply Chain organization, The new VP will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of Kontoor Brands as a whole. The new VP will provide strategic financial leadership for Supply Chain by partnering with Sr. Supply Chain Management to develop a long-term strategy which positions Kontoor’s Supply Chain as a significant sustainable competitive advantage. He/ She will establish trust and credibility with the leadership team while demonstrating a strong understanding of the business and industry, this person will identify trends, offer insights, and provide information and analysis on a timely basis. Additionally, this person will influence teams in Operations and assist in the creation, development, and upgrade of ERP management systems to analyze and report the financial and non-financial Supply Chain operational performance. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mindset to tackle any and all tasks. He/She will assist in developing strategies and plans to assure the company improves its competitive position, safeguards its assets, and achieves its goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be highly entrepreneurial, thrive on collaboration and possess a holistic and deep understanding of the elements to drive a profitable operation. The VP will lead, nurture, and grow teams with responsibility over Financial Planning, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting and Compliance for the Supply Chain Organization. A key priority will be to continue the development of each individual staff member while enhancing the overall capability and capacity of the team.
