Skills for Success:

• Knowledge of and experience with manufacturing and operation systems and processes
• Solid understanding of GAAP and Internal Controls
• Demonstrated experience with lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• Experience in global organizations supporting Supply Chain organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence change across all levels of Supply Chain organizations
• Experience in implementing ERP solutions within complex Supply Chain organizations
• Strong analytical skills
• Sound written and verbal communications
• Strategic thinker
• Sound presentation skills
• Strong Interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively work across functions/coalitions
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain a geographically diverse, high-functioning, finance team
• Strong PC and systems capabilities
• Bilingual speaker preferred

Education/Experience:

• Degree in finance or accounting; CPA/MBA a plus
• 10+ years of financial management experience with thorough understanding of sales, marketing, manufacturing and operations

Other Requirements:

• Global and domestic travel anticipated to be approximately 30%
