SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent business degree
  • MBA or Graduate Degree Preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platform technology preferred (e.g., store front/back-end fulfillment function and processes, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, search-engine optimization, CDN, and network infrastructure)


Experience

  • 10 - 15 years of strategic e-commerce / digital management experience required, preferably within omni-channel experience / services; 3+ years of Director or Vice President level with P/L experience required. Brand-focused e-retailing experience a plus (e.g. Retailer, Apparel, CPG)
  • Prior experience in most of all the following areas: web merchandising, digital marketing and analytics, CRM, customer service, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, payment gateways, relevant legal issues (e.g., intellectual property)


Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop
  • Proven experience and passion for data analytics to drive solutions
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
