Duties & Responsibilities
The role will actively collaborate with cross-functional partners in Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, IT, and Operations to optimize processes and provide insights that will drive sales across all channels of the business. With full P&L accountability, the Vice President & General Manager of Global Digital must have a business owner's mindset, continuously seeking out new initiatives that will increase sales and further the Company's overall strategic direction.
Position Overview
The Vice President & General Manager of Global Digital will be based in Greensboro and will report to the President of Wrangler and Lee Brands. The new Vice President & General Manager of Global Digital will be tasked with leading the legacy brands of Lee and Wrangler Jeans through a digital transformation focused on e-commerce growth. This senior level leader will be charged with developing and implementing a seamless and well-integrated omni-channel shopping experience across digital and physical stores.
