QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of and experience with manufacturing and operation systems and processes.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and Internal Controls
• Demonstrated experience with lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Experience in global organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence change across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in implementing ERP solutions within complex organizations.

Experience Requirements:

• Degree in finance or accounting; CPA/MBA a plus
• 10+ years of financial management experience with thorough understanding of sales, marketing, manufacturing and operations.

Travel:

• Global and domestic travel anticipated to be approximately 30%
