Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth plans, top-line revenue goals and profitability targets. The CFO is responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibility for the organization. This individual will lead the financial management of the business through strong analytical, business strategy, cost analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

As a strategic member of executive leadership, the CFO will be responsible for analyzing financials and taking action across department lines. The CFO will play a leading role in explaining the details of financial performance in Board of Director meetings and strategic planning sessions with management, Private Equity investors, and Board members. This CFO will maintain a highly effective support team – leading the Finance organization by example and welcoming two-way feedback to empower team members to voice ideas and creative solutions. This role will need to effectively collaborate with others to drive organizational objectives and consistent practices.
