EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years of accounting and financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of management experience developing and retaining a high-performing team.
• Possess knowledge of GAAP, IRC, rules and regulations; as well as understanding of cost accounting, accrual-based accounting, organizational auditing, fixed asset accounting, and tax filing requirements.
• Strong financial modeling experience and a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Experience creating KPI dashboards to monitor and measure both at consolidated and divisional levels.
• Proven experience building budgets, EBITDA forecasts, and cash forecasts to guide and support executive management decision making with consideration for short-term and long-term vision.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic abilities, particularly in scaling a growing company.
• Strong contract negotiation skills as well as strong project management skills required.
• Ability to establish trust and credibility across the firm with all levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and develop positive relationships with both internal and external colleagues and clients.
• Effective and patient under pressure especially with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
• Must be able to collaborate and function in a fast-paced and team-oriented workplace.
