Operations Senior Director


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Deliver best in class leadership through a combination of humble and servant leadership
  • Responsible for operations budgets, key performance indicators and regional performance
  • Responsible for defining and implementing an aggressive growth strategy across region
  • Responsible for managing a team of team leaders, technical leaders, project managers in a seller-doer organization model
  • Responsible for partnering with regional market leaders, regional business development leaders and company practice leaders
  • Drive recruiting, development and retention of staff to build a cohesive team and create an environment in which employees want to develop and achieve
  • Ensure superior levels of professional services to support high levels of client satisfaction delivering on our goal for clients to maintain safety, minimize risk and save time and money
  • Drive an innovative and comprehensive business development and account management effort to deliver growth plans
  • Partner with the regional market leaders and business development leaders to support growth objectives and regional orders goals
  • Coordinate effectively with other operational leaders, regional leaders and corporate functions to align the organization
  • Ensure the execution of client work to the organization's high standard of advancing the science of safety to protect what matters most through technical excellence
  • Increase Jensen Hughes' leadership visibility with clients and in the marketplace, establish client credibility and a deep commercial focus throughout the organization
