
Operations Senior Director
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ progressive career history leading into management roles
- Registered Engineering license in California and/or west coast states is desirable, but not essential
- Prior Management experience leading major initiatives and delivering on commercial and operational objectives
- Direct industry experience and knowledge of fire protection and life safety consulting services
- At least 3 years’ experience directly supervising groups of technical and functional staff
- Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner across the organization and build collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to inspire and drive a team to go beyond the expected
- Proven ability to drive growth through innovation and building a culture that anticipates demand and seizes opportunities
- Possess strong commercial, operational and financial background as well as political savvy to bear on critical client and organization issues
- Advanced communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations internally to Executive Leadership and to new or existing clients
