EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ progressive career history leading into management roles
• Registered Engineering license in California and/or west coast states is desirable, but not essential
• Prior Management experience leading major initiatives and delivering on commercial and operational objectives
• Direct industry experience and knowledge of fire protection and life safety consulting services
• At least 3 years’ experience directly supervising groups of technical and functional staff
• Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner across the organization and build collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
• Ability to inspire and drive a team to go beyond the expected
• Proven ability to drive growth through innovation and building a culture that anticipates demand and seizes opportunities
• Possess strong commercial, operational and financial background as well as political savvy to bear on critical client and organization issues
• Advanced communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations internally to Executive Leadership and to new or existing clients
