- Critical Thinking/Analytical Rigor: The Operations Senior Director will demonstrate clear critical thinking in the development and execution of business strategies using critical data to make or influence decisions. They must have the ability to create and generate business plans, strategies and initiatives leading to increased market shares through value propositions, while combining critical thinking to determine what will best serve Jensen Hughes.
- Talent Management and Coaching Skills: This leader will be charged with maintaining a high level of talent within the Vancouver operation. Critical to this aim is effectively attracting, retaining and developing technical experts and top-notch consultants. Through the continual professional development of existing staff, and hiring, this individual will foster a culture of accountability and results. With this in mind, the company requires a hands-on, team-oriented executive who has broad-based credibility, and is capable of consistently motivating people to act and perform beyond the expected. This individual will be a strong leader who possesses a comfortable coaching style and uses it strategically to improve team performance.
- Results-Oriented: The new Operations Senior Director must be performance-driven and able to provide measurable results.
