
Vice President, Digital (E-Commerce)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Actively engage with senior management as a change agent in the provision of solutions that support organizational and cultural cohesion, enhancing overall business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including, business planning, catalog / product content strategy, website & web product development, execution of e-retail marketing strategy, and web analytics & technologies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the digital and e-commerce organization to internal customers (product and sales divisions) acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, manage, implement and test e-commerce initiatives.
- Develop and lead a strong, effective and respected digital team that is business savvy, proactive, responsive, helpful, and anticipatory. At all levels, the digital function should be viewed by its clients as confident, expert, strategic, effective, and vital to the organization’s success.
- Establish an effective communications and employee relations platform that fosters understanding and alignment of the workforce with the company's business objectives and achievements of required results.
- Manage overall business to consumer sales e-commerce with any and all of our confidential clients’ employees.
- This role will be an internal leader in developing an IT program and budget.
- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.
