POSITION OVERVIEW

EvoEndo is looking for a committed Chief Executive Officer that will provide clear, compelling, and collaborative leadership. They will ensure support and fulfillment of the corporate core strategy in a manner consistent with the values, culture, and purpose of EvoEndo.

In conjunction with the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the development of a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. This leader will head an executive team focused on operations, finance, sales, human resources, and information technology.

This role has to lead the direction of the company with a strong focus on innovation, new products and markets, efficient operations, effective utilization of funding, thoughtful investments, inspiring team leadership, effective communication with all company constituents, and a profitable vision for the future. The Chief Executive Officer will be comfortable in a hyper-growth environment and taking EvoEndo from $2MM to $50MM in the next 3 years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Fully understand and commit to the mission, passions, goals, and objectives of EvoEndo
  • Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Oversee the development and management of departments
  • Work with the Board of Directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies
  • Oversee the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company
  • Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards
  • Serve as the company representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, and the public
  • Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • Preferred 10+ years of experience in a C-level role
  • 10+ years of experience in the endoscopy/medical device industry in the pediatric and adult markets
  • Experience growing a company from early stages to $50MM+ in revenue
  • Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies
  • Prior experience leading the funding effort
  • Self-motivated professional, very comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
  • An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards
  • A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who encourages teamwork and collaboration
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communicator. Able to communicate complex execution strategy and plans clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Execution in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility, collaboration, and industry engagement
