SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of senior living communities experience
  • 10+ years in leadership role managing multi-location retirement community teams comprised of senior management and finance teams.
  • Previously experience working with HUD funded organization
  • Experience reporting to a board of directors
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Senior living markets and client profiles
  • M&A Experience and Capital raising experience
  • Strength in organizational development
  • Not for profit and deep industry network
