SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of senior living communities experience
- 10+ years in leadership role managing multi-location retirement community teams comprised of senior management and finance teams.
- Previously experience working with HUD funded organization
- Experience reporting to a board of directors
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of Senior living markets and client profiles
- M&A Experience and Capital raising experience
- Strength in organizational development
- Not for profit and deep industry network
