Chief Operating Officer

EBI Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help scale and grow their organization. The Chief Operating Officer will be an executive management team member, working closely with the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and senior management team assuring a coordinated effort in developing and implementing strategy to realize company growth objectives. The Chief Operating Officer will report to the President and will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for all three lines of business—Due Diligence; Architectural & Engineering; and Environmental, Health, and Safety. The Chief Operating Officer will provide and strengthen the leadership, management, and vision needed for EBI and each of its lines of business to consistently achieve sustained performance, growth, and value-creation. The Chief Operating Officer will also work with the leaders of each of the businesses and, as appropriate, other corporate leaders to strengthen, formalize, and scale the business processes and systems important to client satisfaction, profitable growth, and operating efficiency. This strategic leader, with deep sales management experience and demonstrated growth orientation, will have full financial P&L accountability for the company’s sales function and operating groups. This person will play a highly visible and strategic role for the Company as the sales and operations leader of a national business anticipating significant growth and expansion over the next several years.
