EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience selling environmental and engineering due diligence services to commercial real estate, and/or institutional facilities and real asset management clients
• Strong sales management experience
• A proven record of operations leadership success (inclusive of sales/business development and profitable growth) with a minimum of 15+ years of experience
• Ability to build high-performance teams by creating an environment in which employees want to develop and achieve
• Highly skilled in building cohesive cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to break down corporate and departmental barriers in order to pave new paths
• Track record of achieving/leading profitable growth in middle market firms
• Ability to inspire and drive a team to go beyond the expected
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to influence change without pulling rank
• Ability to aggregate and leverage collective intelligence of a team
• Demonstrated ability to study underlying causes for stalled growth and then lead teams of passionate champions to break the status quo
• High level of technical experience leading client relationships, managing teams and designing / leading client service and business development processes
• Undergraduate degree required, MBA (or graduate degree) preferred
