Director of Human Resrouces - Shared Services
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES
- Design the employee service experience and ensure its linkage to the overall enterprise strategy and culture
- Direct and sustain the continued development and implementation of efficient transaction processes, teams and support systems aligned to HR strategic goals
- Act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements
- Serve as the single point of accountability for decision making and escalations ensuring service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in a positive direction
- Review, update and implement organizational procedures to ensure operational compliance with all federal, state and local regulations (e. g., ERISA, FLSA, ACA, OFCCP, etc.)
- Evaluate, develop, implement and modify processes with governance across all internal stakeholders (Centers of Excellence, HR Systems & Reporting, Legal, etc.)
- Ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization
- Establish appropriate metrics and manage through use of data
- Analyze breakdowns in process to ensure that lessons are learned
