ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Design the employee service experience and ensure its linkage to the overall enterprise strategy and culture
  • Direct and sustain the continued development and implementation of efficient transaction processes, teams and support systems aligned to HR strategic goals
  • Act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for decision making and escalations ensuring service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in a positive direction
  • Review, update and implement organizational procedures to ensure operational compliance with all federal, state and local regulations (e. g., ERISA, FLSA, ACA, OFCCP, etc.)
  • Evaluate, develop, implement and modify processes with governance across all internal stakeholders (Centers of Excellence, HR Systems & Reporting, Legal, etc.)
  • Ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization
  • Establish appropriate metrics and manage through use of data
  • Analyze breakdowns in process to ensure that lessons are learned
