Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Operations will be a key member of the executive leadership team. The VP of Operations will maintain control of diverse business operations and is responsible for instituting strategic operational solutions and systems that provide effective internal management. The role will be responsible for the integration of standard work system across global acquisitions. The position leads the general management of the organization in support of the CEO. This position requires the analysis of broad and complex issues and the formulation of strategies to ensure that deadlines are priorities for product delivery to customers are met in a cost-effective manner. This role will bring best practices to the company driving continuous improvement and change management.
