EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years of increasing management experience. Prior experience as a Chief Executive Officer required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a closely related field required or equivalent combination of education and related experience. MBA is a plus.
• Previous 3PL, dedicated and/or private fleet background preferred.
• Executive management experience of a sizable (MM) transportation shipment and/or brokerage operation.
• Tangible, in-depth knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Must have worked for a private equity-backed company in a management and or leadership position.
• Understands the tempo and pacing of a Private Equity-backed company and is comfortable working at that speed.
• Have prior experience leading a sales team and commercial revenue growth.
• Prior experience managing P&L required.
• Prior experience running a cash flow positive business through strong financial management.
• Significant executive level management and leadership in a comparative revenue sized business ($200M+).
