Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth plans, top-line revenue goals and profitability targets. The Chief Financial Officer will assume responsibility for all aspects of the company’s financial management. This individual will work alongside other C-suite team members and take ownership of all company’s financial reporting, planning and treasury functions. To do well in this role, a candidate should have experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a growing company with complex financials and an extensive balance sheet.

As a strategic member of executive leadership, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for analyzing financials and taking action across department lines. The Chief Financial Officer will play a leading role in explaining the details of financial performance in Board of Director meetings and strategic planning sessions with management, Private Equity Sponsors, and Board members. This Chief Financial Officer will maintain a highly effective support team – leading the Finance organization by example and welcoming two-way feedback to empower team members to voice ideas and creative solutions. This role will need to effectively collaborate with others to drive organizational objectives and consistent practices.
