EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Industry & Environment

• Prior experience with field-based service models, ideally with some knowledge of construction, environmental services and restoration services.
• Experience with insurance reimbursement a plus.
• Experience with corporate governance and reporting to a Board of Directors.
• Experience working with Private Equity Sponsors a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA and/or CPA credentials an advantage.
• At least ten (10) years of experience including in a prior Chief Financial Officer role.

Skills

• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of relevant cost and revenue recognition issues.
• Experience with budget management and cash flow.
• Experience with negotiating, evaluating, and integrating acquisitions a plus.
