Vice President of Human Resources
Reporting directly to the President and working closely with other members of the executive leadership team, the new Vice President of Human Resources responsibility is to define, articulate and reinforce a corporate culture that will best support the organization’s business goals. The Vice President of Human Resources will be a hands-on, inspirational leader who enhances organizational capability through the implementation of best practices in progressive human resource policies and programs. The goal is to establish employee engagement and to develop programs that create a positive and productive environment where employees thrive.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded human resources executive with talent management skills, organizational design and development experience, Private Equity backed company experience, as well as food production experience. The Vice President of Human Resources will provide leadership in establishing optimal organizational design wherein the alignment of its infrastructure and business processes to ensure world class performance. The Vice President of Human Resources will be one of the lead advisors to the executive management team and board of directors in building organizational capability.
