SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 10-15+ of experience in senior operations leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required, MBA or graduate degree preferred
- Significant executive level management and leadership in a comparative revenue sized business
- Prior international operational leadership is important
- A strategic leader who anticipates industry and company pivots and leads change without loss of momentum
- Entrepreneurial leader with ability to thrive in highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A decisive individual who possesses a "big picture" perspective and is well versed in systems
- Able to lead diverse groups of staff and contractors in multiple cultures, geographies, and governances
- Execution in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility, collaboration, and industry engagement
