Position Overview

ComPsych's new Senior Vice President Operations will be based in Chicago, IL and reports directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He/She will lead all operations encompassing several hundred employees for this market leading EAP and Absence Management organization. This individual will provide clear, compelling, and collaborative leadership that ensures both support for and fulfillment of the corporate core strategy in a manner consistent with the values, culture and purpose of this organization. In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will help to lead the advancement of the company’s mission and objectives and to promote leading operational process, quality control, to optimize service and operations, for this rapidly growing organization. This role will have a strong focus on customer relationships, innovation, markets, efficient operations, effective utilization of capital, thoughtful investments, inspiring team leadership, effective communication to all company constituents, and to lead a large direct workforce and an even larger contractor workforce.

The Senior Vice President of Operations will be charged with elevating the overall operational capabilities, quality performance and client satisfaction provided by the operational team. Through the development of improved processes, training and development, and hiring, this individual will work to expand the team while fostering a culture of accountability and results.
