DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead all aspects of operational performance and quality control
  • Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance the reputation and resolve escalated challenges
  • Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all phases of operations
  • Provide leadership in managing a growing international operation
  • Oversee the development and management of contracts, budgets, execution plans and manage their implementation relating to all operational projections and expenses
  • Lead a large case management and clinical services organization, deploying contractors across all regions and various levels of services provided
  • Provide thought leadership for new offerings and effectively implement new initiatives
