Position Overview
Chief Financial Officer
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the financial management, IT, and Human Resources of this growing and reinvigorated company. The desired CFO will have a strong background in cost analysis/control, financial reporting, budgeting, business strategy and forecasting, planning, and analysis. The CFO will also be responsible for communicating the financial performance to the Board.
Based in the MidWest, the CFO plays a strategic role in the overall management of the client organization. As a member of the strategy team, the CFO has responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing and advising on all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting and compliance, planning and analytics, business services, and reporting. The CFO reports to, and partners with, the CEO and is responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibility for the organization. The CFO is charged with reporting results to the Board and providing qualitative commentary. The company is backed by private equity funding.
