Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership for all aspects of the company’s operations balancing short and long-term goals, growing profits and return on investments. He/she establishes overall corporate strategy and objectives in partnership with the Board of Directors and ensures that the company fulfills commitments to its employee-owners, customers, and the communities in which the companies operate. The prime objective of the Chief Executive Officer is to build value for the shareholders of the Company. The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board of Directors. He/she must create an environment in which the Company and its leadership team can grow and flourish. This includes growing the Company’s market share, improving the Company’s operations, development of the Company’s management team, and ensuring the Company is well positioned for the future. The Chief Executive Officer also serves as a teacher and mentor. The Chief Executive Officer collaboratively sets strategic direction and planning while supporting the tactics and execution by the Executive Team. The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership for external matters, including shareholder relations, communicating the company’s presence in its markets, and developing relationships with industry leaders and businesses.
